Monthly metrics as a percentage of availability exclude downtime resulting from: Fully Managed Turnkey Contract The Citrix Nerds Comprehensive Management Support Contract costs $24,995 per year and includes 100 hours of work with a 4-hour service level agreement (SLA), 24×7 support, monitoring, management and construction services. Additional work is billed monthly at a discounted price of $150 per hour. Contract customers will receive a private call for the standard 800 support number, which will forward their call to an Enterprise Class Support Technician. This agreement is available to organizations that require an agreed/guaranteed service level agreement and/or want to save money by not hiring a full-time Citrix administrator. Managed support customers receive full-day monitoring of their Citrix environment with monthly usage reports. The entire Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp environment is managed by a team of highly skilled Citrix Nerds engineers who take care of everything related to Citrix to maintain the perfect environment. This includes applying recommended citrix updates and performing product checks. As a bonus, construction services are included, that is, if you want to add additional resources such as new servers or virutal workstations, this will be done as part of your contract. We see this as our turnkey solution for mid-sized citrix customers who want a reliable environment, but prefer to do it as a paid service rather than maintain them themselves.
